New build, remodel, and furnishings projects are billed hourly, with design fees beginning at $15,000 and a three-room minimum. Furnishings projects begin with a minimum materials investment of $100,000.

Working with Heather was such a pleasure. She only had access to the home we were buying for a one-hour walk through.
